Help
I am attempting to reload my operating system and when I push the key this is what pops up with other figures which are meaningless. I am unable to get out of it and have to start over. Any suggestions as to the problem will be appreciated. I am reloading the operating system because I can not open my system now except in safe mode

I had a laptop once with a bad keyboard that did something similar when I went to install
