I have installed nimblex 2008 on a flash drive using the .iso and UNetboot.
When I plug the flash drive into my Asus lap top and boot to flash drive all goes well until the boot screen.

The automatic boot just keeps cycling through its 10 second loop and dose nothing.
What have I done wrong ??

This is my first try at a Linux distro on a flashdrive.

Welcome to BC!!

I don't have much experience with nimblex, but I might recommend that you try to install to iso on to the flash drive again. Or try a different flash drives, as they are similar to CD-R's some work better than others.
