Take apart headphones -need help how do I do it?

The microphone part of these headphones has gotten loose. It is attached to the left side. I bet there may be a screw behind it that I can tighten, but I need to get to it first. I took the foam off and I want to take the whole speaker off so I can get to whatever is behind it. But I don't know how to get the speaker off without breaking it.

Can you get a shot looking straight down on the ear-piece side, with all of the air holes?
It looks like I see some slots or tabs you might have to pry
Are there any stickers covering/hiding any screw holes?

There are 2 tabs which one would think they should be able to be pulled back. They are very hard and appear impossible to move even a little bit.
There is a triangle pointing to a small space, but I stuck a probe in there and it did nothing.

All I can suggest is to put a small flat blade screwdriver underneath the tab and gently use the body as a fulcrum and lift up

Behold the power of the fulcrum. I got it off. Thank you garmanma. I wasn't really able to fix it as good as I would of liked but its good enough. This should be good for another 10 years.
