I've been looking around now for a free website creation service (Webs, Weebly etc) However, all the ones I've come across so far aren't really what I'm looking for. This is for recreational use, and therefore I am not willing to pay for design or hosting.
Some of the most needed features I'm looking for (This is what makes finding one so hard!) are:

- Download area
- And maybe something like a calander or event management...
