I have a Home Vista Basic, I loaded a spyware /internet security program from my Internet provider. The spyware diagnostic tools will not start/work and one of the suggestions is to reinstall the program. I tried to uninstall the program and it is not listed/found in the control panel. I can see that the program is is in the program files but cannot uninstall it as the control panel is not showing it, therefore cannot be selected for uninstalling.

Help will be appreciated please..

Do give us the name of the Spyware diagnostic tool you have installed.

Have you tried looking for the 'Uninstall' application in the program's installation directory?
