BleepingComputer.com: please help me!

I don't know much about computers. Well lately weird things have been happening with my pc. At first the screen would blink 2 times when going from a game to windows or vice versa. Well I stopped playing that game. Then it crashed. Made 1 long beep and 3 short beeps. So I tried re seating the ram. I ended up taking out 1 of 4 sticks of ram. The somputer worked but it showed a boot error that made me press F1 to continue or delete to enter bios. Well 3 days later I turn it on and again 1 long beep and 3 short beeps. I took out another ram stick and it worked fine for another 3 days. Rinse and repeat. Now that I have pretty much gone through 3 out of 4 sticks I have a 512mb stick left and go to turn on my pc and it makes 1 long and 2 short beeps..... Can anyone help me please? What is going on?
