BleepingComputer.com: Missing XP Style Buttons and windows

Please note, I just copied my post from a diff forum. Also Read the last REG entry, i just put that in too. (Below the //EDIT\\)

I'm having a few problems with this, hopefully, this doesn't turn out to be some stupid mistake I caused.

Well, For firsts, i installed window blinds, to check out themes and stuff. I installed one and didn't like it and changed my theme back to Windows XP Style. This is where my problem starts. I'm kind of picky and the Windows Classic look, not so right for me. So i go to Desktop>Properties>Themes>Windows XP. Next thing, its still all Windows Classic Style. So I go into Window blinds and pick the Windows XP theme, still doesn't work.

Methods I've tried.
1. Services Manager
2. Download the Luna theme (That's what the default XP theme is called) and replace it with the old Luna.theme file. Still doesnt work
3. downloaded a whole new "Resources" folder .ZIP file (C:\WINDOWS\RESOURCES\ is where themes are located.) and replaced it, STILL doesn't work.
4. Added a file to registry with following info...

Inside the shell folder are just folders called,
"Homestead,","Metallic,","and, "NormalColor"
Each of them have a, "shellstyle.dll" in them too.

I just rebooted my computer, now I cant even access the Luna.theme. I just replaced it and it STILL wont let me access it.
