need help with vista and internet

Hey guys.
Today i have set up a router and put the internet and made both computers get internet.
But Windows Vista wont load any website or connect to any thing.
So i booted Ubuntu to see if it will work in that and it worked FINE.

I turned off Windows Firewall which did nothing.
Turned off IPv6 and that did no work.

What do i do ? By the way the other computer (Windows Xp/Windows ME/Ubuntu works fine which is the other computer).

Edit: i also can log into the router , nothing found.

fixed it

thanks for Amazing Andrews help

fixed by telling it to find IP it self

now i need to know how to make it so i can play starcraft over lan
how do i do this ?
OS: windows xp to windows vista
