HEEEELLLP!!! my pc just keeps restarting!

i am a noob when it comes to computers, and right now, my pc is acting up, and i dont know what to do. everytime i turn it on, it restarts. the only way i can get on is on safe mode. i tried scanning it, system restore, idk. im running out of ideas, can some 1 help?

thanx for the advice, but that didnt work either. i even tried it twice. im thinking it might be my drives or somthing.... thanx anyway.... i'm open to any other suggestions......

While in safe mode, you can also take a look in Event Viewer for errors which might provide clues as to why your system is rebooting.

as for make and model, its older than god. i probably need an upgrade i cant afford right now. i have a kds amd sempron 2800+, 1.99ghz, 2gb ram.
i know. i need a real computer.
but for the moment, this is all i have.

still, its another option. btw, i tried the event viewer, and im not going to put everything since it stretches all the way till today:

i also got a warning message on tcpip:tcp/ip has reached the security limit imposed on the number concurrent tcp connect attempts.
this all sux, since i cant even hear anything. is it normal not to be able to hear anything in safe mode? i can only hear something when i log into it on normal start up,and thats only for a few seconds since it restarts.....
