Power DVD DX Blu Ray Dell Studio To TV problem Error code 0122

When I try to play my Blu rays through my Dell Studio connected to the TV with an HDMI cable this error pops up. I would never have got a blu ray player on my computer if it wasn't going to work on the television please help!
Error code says that the graphics card may not meet min requirements which better not be the problem, this is a brand new computer. or that i cant use dual monitors which I am not. Really upset with my Dell purchase, please help me out!
