Installing/Using Before the dawn mod?

So I play Cod 4 quite a bit, and I recently learnt that I could play servergames offline with bots.

All my friends recommended Before the Dawn.... buuut after I downloaded the mod, I had no idea what to do.
All the websites Ive been looking at point to an instructions webpage which has now been pulled off the internet.

Could anyone help me set up the mod for a single player?
