Hello i have a dell dimension 4300 and a Samsung DVD/CD drive and the computer will not recognize it not even in bios i the jumper set on master and hooked up right i know the drive works. any suggestions would be great. :thumbsup:

clear CMOS reload bios defaults try again replace data cable also check for good power connection
