My touch pad doesn't work on my toshiba with Vista. I looked in the control panel under and can not find anything to enable or to disable.

Thank you

Should be in Control Panel/Mouse properties.

There might also be a button in the keyboard area that may have been pushed. Your owners manual should tell you.

If all else fails you could allways try plugging a mouse in.It could be a temporary solution if your touchpad itself has a problem.

Hi muzzles,

Were you able to get your track pad working again? I'm assuming so... but if it's still not working, please provide us with the laptop's make, model, and system information so we can better assist you

Cheers,

Walker
