Hey guys, Phil's the man. Kudos for providing that pinout.

I bought a remanufactured PS for $20 online as it turned out that specific model could use only original PS, the machine boots up fine and runs. All is well now, time to start firing some people for losing the software :flowers:

ummmm there may be an easier way. just find another old, functioning computer of same time era and transplant the HD should work. otherwise just find another dell of the same model of ebay with a working PSU and do a swap out. even go through computer store garbage, i get a lot of old functional computer parts from places like that.
