Tweak title popup on hover-over The information blanks too quickly

Can the 'title pop-up-box' display time be increased while hovering over a hyperlink? When there is a long title, sometimes consisting of the whole first paragraph of a blog, the pop up box with that title only stays on the screen for a few seconds. Is there a way to tell Firefox to display it longer?

I might be wrong, but I think it will stay on screen until you move your mouse
try decreasing the mouse sensitivity in your mouse properties and see if that helps
