Using my wireless keyboard and mouse, I sit on the sofa and begin to untangle what used to be an orderly hard drive that DIDN'T have trojans, viruses and missing boot sectors.
I retired almost 2 years ago from Sharp Labs of the Americas in Camas, WA where I was a software quality engineer for printer and document management software. My special interests were user interfaces (on anything, anywhere- not just in computer programs) and acess to electronic media by people with special limitations (sight, physical dexterity, hearing, etc.).
I'm here to meet people with expertiese I don't have so that I can broaden my ability to keep my friends' and family's computers doing what they're supposed to with minimal fuss.
