BleepingComputer.com: Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE

Hi,
I use Outlook 2003 version 11.0.8312.0, on XP Pro, SP3. I also instaled Hebrew MUI.
This worked OK for the last 3 years. Recently I had to install the MS outlook connector.
Sometimes after i discovered that when i switch between English and Hebrew - left <CTRL+SHIFT> OLK hangs.
I made WORD as the mail editor and this solves it partialy. When i switch languages in other areas of OLK (address etc.) it hangs.
I'm able seeing the following events:

I also deleted the "proof" folder, and deleted the custom.dic file.

Any idea?

Having the same error using Outlook 2003 SP3 on XP Pro SP3 - when right clicking on any type of file (ie. .tif, jpg, or .pdf) from my Desktop and selecting "Send To Mail Recipient".

Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 11.0.8312.0, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
Fault bucket 1365819674.

The email won't close and Outlook becomes unresponsive.

Would appreciate any ideas anyone might have.
