The AVG 9 Download I have has taken apx. 9 hrs, to Download the files for installation,

I have a land line connection. Does anyone here have the upgrade, I suspect so, what I'd like to know, is it appropriate for a conventional system like mine to utilize this upgrade, or
is it more adaptable for a SP4 or Vista or W7 systems , . . .?

Please Remember I'm just an artist that does technical art work, design work
many times related to manufacturing production engineering, I gotta have a running
PC, when I started my work twenty years ago, I used a telephone and a sketch pad,
and ran out to the library many times a week to used there reference catalogs and
zerox machine, . .

I then went to a fax transmission service and sent drawings to
manufactures, talked to them on the phone and made corrections by starting the
whole process over again, I then bought a fax machine, some years later I bought
a fax machine that would make a copy by running the drawing through the fax
receiver roller, I thought I died and went to Heaven, . .

Then I bought a Word Processor
after a suggestion while I was working in a print shop, running a paper cutting machine
and a co-later, I then new I didn't go to heaven cause I was now in heaven, It was 1999
and I was on a vacation out west someone showed me there laptop and let me use it,
Man that was cool,. . . next I got back to the East coast and bought A web TV, Man Tan,
it was a dream, it was something else I became a new person, . .

Hey I was sending emails ! ! !

Then I was back out West the following year and had to do it I ordered a
Notebook from Radio Shack, I received it for Christmas, Holy Moses, it even had a built in
Fax Machine, . .

Well that was 2002, I'm not a PC genius and I get a little paranoid about MY PC
going down, . .

I know I ask some dumb questions from time to time, . . and I am always humbled
by the fact that you can put up with me a BC, . .

I guess I am going to Restore the date today and download the AVG 9, but like I
went to search (AVG 9) and got a whole lot of HJT, . . I guess that would be normal,
but it would really be great if the information in the HJT post had the dates of the
installations, I'd feel a little better!

Cause I just have that feeling.

Anyway tomorrow is December, it ain't Christmas yet, but I see Garmaman is an
early shopper and probably won't get to sleep just thinking about it.
