My Problem:
After running a Recovery ( Vista 32bit Home Premium) I am suddenly Unable to Install or Uninstall Programs (Need Permission) even though I did not create a Password and I Allow anyone Total Access to the computer... Some where in the Recovery Setup I must have not checked or unchecked a box or some other simple proceedure... I have tried to retrace my setup steps to correct this problem to no avail, Vey Frustrating !

Turning off UAC :
You need admin level access to make these changes. Download this file enable_disable_UAC.zip on your desktop and decompress the contents to a folder. Double-click on disable_UAC.reg. UAC prompt would open up asking to Allow or Disallow. You should choose to Allow. If you are running as a standard user UAC will also ask to log on as an administrator. When registry editor asks Do you want to continue?, answer Yes. Now restart your computer and find UAC gone!
