BleepingComputer.com: Confusion over a PID

I recently discovered how to use netstat -ano to help check for unwanted people on my internet but when I use netstat -ano it comes up with a process with the id 2828, then when I open task manager and show processes from all users it's not on the list at all. Naturally, in accordance with my poor understanding of computers, I fear this strange process. I'm not too sure what to do, aside from running virus scans.
I'm using a wireless internet connection, so would that mean that only someone nearby (say my neighbour) could hijack my internet? Do I need to go over there and have a word? Or could anyone get a go on my internet?
