Hello,

How to fix this problem, all Network Adapters are not working. XP SP3.

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31).

Somebody here can help with Registry modification or Devcon?

Can you uninstall the drivers for each of those devices?

If so, do so...then reboot the system.

Since it's onboard, the function may be dead.

The fix for that would be to install a PCI NIC, e.g., http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16833156107.

Can't uninstall via Device Manager, says "The device may be required to boot up the computer".
Hardware not dead. The second XP (dual booting), Network Adapter works fine.
Uninstall/re-install LAN drivers in Safe Mode, says please shut down and plug the device to finished installation.
Try disable/re-enable LAN device in BIOS.

All above, result is about Windows failed/cannot install this device.
It's seems the drivers is installed, but still not working (yellow astersik).
