That could possibly be the reason for problems with the online video but not any that you view from a disk

If that is indeed the error that happens exactly when the system freezes, you may try reinstalling your network card drivers.

Rev: after reading the link above, it appears simply reinstalling may not fix it. It would probably be worth a shot, though.

You could try booting your PC into Safe Mode with networking (Press F8 repeatedly after your PC's Manufacturer Splash screen disappears but before Windows starts to boot) and see if it crashes then. I don't know if the aircard will initialize in Safe Mode (they typically don't), but at least you could narrow it down. If you have an alternate means of internet connectivity (such as DSL or Cable with a router) you could try that and narrow it down. You could even try an alternate connection method in normal mode and see if the same error occurs. This is, of course, if you have an alternate connection, or possibly a friend/family member that would let you borrow theirs for a bit and try it out. It is more than likely a driver issue, but which driver is yet to be determined.

This could at least narrow it down to a particular device's driver, or a more broad issue with Windows networking.

ooooooooook, i think it it doing great now, THINK. what i did was i installed the old communication manager, still froze,. then i uninstalled firefox completely, updated to IE8, still froze. then i restored IE to default settings, meanwhile i disable realtime protection on AVG, been playin streaming video for last few hours on full screen with AVG still disabled. Should i remove AVG and go with another antivirus? why would this happen, i will reply back if i get any freezing issues, if it works fine for a day or so i will call it CASE CLOSED!!!! thank all of you, and God bless.

I'm in favor of removing AVG.

I used it for a period of time and discontinued that when I started having unnecessary issues...I think a number of former users have experienced that pattern.

...and...it's not like AVG is the best or the only free AV program existing .

Try something else reliable and well-known...and free.

well i was still getting the freeze but not as often, soooo i went ahead and uninstalled AVG completely, and installed symantec corporate. ran a full scan and it came back found ExpertAntiVirus and preformed a reboot, that was all of about 30 minutes ago, the files is in the quarentine. and since then the pc seems to be running better, but i thought so last night to, and acted up again, but we will see this time and i will reply back if it continues, thanks again
