Or, I can get a custom computer from a company that always fixes our computers, here are the specs, ~$799:

Which would have better performance, or overall be the better deal?

Both graphics cards are terrible, though out of the two the 9500GT is much better.

What do you want to do with these PCs?

Ok, I got the HP. I'm not an extreme gamer, but I do want to be able to play COD decently with good FPS. Does anyone know of a decent graphics card for around $100, maybe a little higher? I'm guessing the HP has a PCI-E port, but I'm not sure.

I believe it does. The 9800 GT would be a good card for your needs.

I came across this, is it good? Obviously it has 1GB DDR3, but that's all I know that's good. It says DirectX10 compatible, but is there a posssibility it could run 11? Is it good for the price, or are there others?

That is not DirectX11 compatible. The only cards which can use DX11 are the Radeon HD 5 series.

Yes, it is a good card, but for only $25 more you could get a Radeon HD 5750 which has a lower power requirement and DirectX11 support.
