Hi Infected with AntiVirus Pro and at my wits end

Hi,

Got the dreaded AntiVirus pro last night and spent about five hours trying to run MBAM to no avail - I am a bit of luddite when it comes to all things computers so really, really need help.

If I can't get it fixed I would be grateful for the address of the swine who invented it so I can go round and punch him!!

Please take the time, to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the board works.
