Really weird stuff after running dds Blank folders on desktop

After running dds from the link on this site i now have 9 blank folders on my desktop.they are called dds,dbpath,dds02,active_setu,vista.krl,vista.mac,svclist.dat,temp00 and files00.
I have ran this many times before and this has never happened so does anybody know what has happened.Its not a problem and can just delete them but i am curious to know why.

Please download a fresh copy of DDS from here or here

Let me know if it still does that

OK i have just ran it 3 times and it runs but produces no logs.The strange thing i noticed is that instead as saying save as screen saver as it usually does it said ms-dos document.

The thurd time i ran it it said screen saver but still no logs

I have just ran dds again and this time it ran normally and produced the logs.I checked a few threads in the HJT forum and it seems some other people got no logs after running it either.No-one else got the blank folders though.WEIRD

That's because you're running ver_09-11-24.02. Others are running a buggy copy of a poorly coded program

DDS was updated a few times during the past 24 hours. You manage to get a good copy. Some others which downloaded earlier versions may experienced unfinished runs.
