When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

McAfee removed Html/FakeAV and then ran Malwarebytes to get back control of my desktop/task manager.
-The virus was prompting me to download anti spyware, changing my background, and disabling task manager
-I was also getting clicks redirected (mainly microsoft.com links) until I disabled a bunch of add ons. "seems" to work now
-There are 2 inbound events listed in my logs...c72bb6b4.exe and DW20.exe Nothing since I've run Malware.

Since I've been infected, it seems like my network is sending excessive outbound packets. I don't recall it being this way before, but not sure. Any thoughts on next steps?
