Hi,

I used to use spybot regularly but I can no longer update. I cannot access the webpage http://www.safer-networking.org/ either.

It says connection has been reset each time I try and access the page.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I cannot access the link you provided. BTW... I have firefox and when I try to access the page I get "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."

Any ideas why?

Thanks!

Hello, I have one suggestion I have seen work.

In the Firefox address bar type about:config

If the value = false, right click and select toggle

That should change the value from false to true.

Restart the browser.
