BleepingComputer.com: VirtualBox OS's

Hi.
I have the Xubuntu OS ready to install (as it's in a saved state in the program) in Sun VirtualBox. I just want to make sure that's it's safe for my computer to install it. When I was in the Xubuntu partition editor (during the pre-install set up stuff) it showed my 2.5gb (well, it said 2.7gb but I actually gave it 2.5) VBOX HDD, and it's ready to installl, with no problems having come up thus far.

And by the way, is the install safe? I don't want to screw up my computer, as I'm getting a Mac in February.

I may be a little late, but if you still haven't already found out yourself, the install's safe. I install OSes to VirtualBox all the time.
