Forum Rules

When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Well I'm not sure what you have already done but here goes.I woud initially run MBAM and then SUPERAntiSpyware. and remove what they find. Try them I regular Windows mode first and if that doesn’t work then try it in safemode.

To enter safemode gently tap the F8 key as the computer restarts.

Let us know what happens.

Please try the following after starting your computer normally, and using Ctrl+Alt+Del or Ctrl+Shift+Esc ...
On the Applications tab of the Task Manager window, click on "New Task" and in the "Run" box that opens, type "explorer.exe" and press the <ENTER> key.
Does your Desktop, Desktop icons/Taskbar/Start button appear, and can you then use your computer as normal?
OR ... do you see a message?

If you cannot use your computer normally and access the internet after trying the first step ...
On the Applications tab of the Task Manager window, click on "New Task" and in the "Run" box that opens, type "iexplore.exe" and press the <ENTER> key.
Does Windows Internet Explorer open and can you then access the internet?

Can you start the computer in Safe Mode, preferably "Safe Mode with networking" and can you then access the internet?
If no luck with the above, please attempt to start in "Safe Mode with Command Prompt". (If successful, simply type "exit" at the command prompt, and press the <ENTER> key to restart your computer.)
Use the following link if you need help attempting to start in Safe Mode (accessing the Windows Advanced Options Menu).
