My cousin was having a problem with Microsoft office and her solution to this problem was to use the software installation CD that came with her computer. Now, when she restarts her computer the boot screen asks her "Which Operation system would she like to run: Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows Vista"
If you choose Microsoft windows vista Everything starts up normally and she enters her password and on to the desktop. However, on her desktop she is missing everything that she had previously to using this installation CD. She can use internet explorer but the screen looks very bad, no pictures and everything is off to the left and jumbled together. Also, when she tries to open attachments or download programs the system will not allow it and says it cant be found.
What should be done in this type of situation?
