Memory leak?

Ive been having some trouble for some time now that my My computer begins to use more and more PF usage over time from i start it, 2 weeks ago it look it 8-10 hours to run out of memory now it usually happens in 2-3 hours so its increasing. Ive been unable to locate where the memory leak have occured but its happening under 2 identical processes called: svchost.exe

Try narrowing down your search and identify the exact process by following this guide: How to determine what services are running under a SVCHOST.EXE process

Commandline:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost -k rpcss

C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe

the 2 I have identified is apperantly Something called remote procedure call and the second one simply just seems to be svchost.exe and nothing else.

Does that mean anything to anyone?

Those two are needed Windows functions, part of the O/S performing normally.

You can see more detail about RPC by taking a look in services...Start/Run...type services.msc and hit Enter or OK.

Ive already gotten a fairly good understanding og what svchost and RPC is but im not getting any closer to discovering where the memory leak stems from, and I have tried running virus scans to no avail.

That google search is not much help, it mostly just lists tools for finding memory leaks in ones own programmed software. Is there anyone that can help with the problem?
