Can anyone help with installation of Live Mesh on an eMachines 2698 desktop Problems accessing the eMachine from other linked computers

My eMachine T2698 cannot be accessed by my other computers which have Microsoft Live Mesh installed. Two Dells work OK with Live Mesh. Why does the eMachine not work?
