Whats your opinion on this setup? Or how to make it cheaper or better?

How low do you want to go? You could reduce the PSU. Change the GPU to the new 5xxx series which is replacing the 4xxx series.

Also this is an alternative to the mobo you have it's little brother!

PSU could go to maybe even 500/600 wats if you need to cut costs.

You could change the WD Black to a WD Green. It's slightly slower but that doesn't mean it's not good. A great HDD for it's price.

No need in ATI's 4800, when there's a 5800 ready...
No need in 750W PSU. Better 600...
1333 of DDR3 isn't really required (so much), but will do the job... I would place here at least 6 GB...
785G is better, as a chipset...
Better Win. 7 Ulti.. At least Pro....
Processor - jaa... But, so much power... you'll really need it?...
Acer, as a monitor - NO. Find something else (BenQ, LG, Samsung)...
WD - 1 TB...
Antec, or not to Antec?...

I cannot criticize nearly as much as the above.

Seems to me to be a good build. If you need to run dual video cards, the motherboard you selected has 2 X16 slots, the one IrishGrim Reaper listed has only an X16 and an X8. If you only intend running one videocard, I would take the advice above and save $50-$60.

I prefer the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16822136319 for $5 more. I have both the 1TB black and the 640 black, and the 640 is still faster.

I like the rest of your selections, I like G-Skill RAM. I have that in my i920 setup. Corsair PSU as well.

Videocard is a personal choice. I might be tempted to go with a 5XXX series because of the DX11 features but you will either end up spending $300 for a 58XX tha'ts faster than a 4890, or $180 for a 57XX thats slower than a 4890. I lean toward the 5XXX series as well because they run a lot cooler and quieter than the 4890s, and draw less power. You might budget an extra $100 and step up now to keep your build current for a couple of years. If DX11 isn't a concern, the 4890 is a great card.

Overall a solid build.

Not much else to add, other than you do not need Windows 7 Ultimate and probably not Professional. Home Premium will do just about everything a home user would want, that is unless you want the business level features like EFS, Branche Cache, or VHD Boot. Here's a simplified list comparing the various editions. You may also want a Radeon 5 card. The 58xx series is good, but there are availability issues so the 5770 should be considered. The 5770 is roughly equal to the Radeon 4870 but is smaller, more energy efficient, produces less heat, and is DirectX 11 compatible. The SAPPHIRE 100283-2L Radeon HD 5770 1GB would be an excellent choice. You also don't need that large of a power supply unless you are going to be upgrading to a multi-GPU setup in the future. Don't get the Acer monitor, Asus makes excellent monitors, like the ASUS VW224U Black 22" 2ms(GTG).

No need to take my comments out of context to piss in my Wheaties.

Indeed, the 4890 is a good card. The 5770 is an interesting card when looking at reviews. In most cases, it is within a range of 5 fps of the benchmarks for the 4890. Sometimes it is above the 4890 in performance, sometimes it is below. Then there are times where there is a much greater difference between the two benchmarks, once again, the 5770 will be higher at times, the 4890 at other times. It all depends on the applications and the drivers used. As drivers mature, there might be even more differences.
