Windows back up

When I try top backup my Windows 7 pro,I get this message.

I have an Acom data 500 gig USB connected External drive.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link. I also use System mechanic. Seems to be the culprit here.

I have excluded the key from further scans.
