Hello everyone,

I have recently purchased SATO CX 400 Label Printer, it use the LPT1 port the problem is not from the connection or the computer after checking many times it;s from the printer (hardware) and not a connection prob. Everytime i try to print the label it stuck in the printer and after successful attempt it only prints 2 labels and stop responding after that the Error led is shown, any ideas how to fix this problem, and what is the cause of this issue i changed the ribbons and it;s not the cause. i did reset the printer and then calibrated but with no luck...
