Hello everyone,
I am not a IT professional, but can't always wait for our companies It staff to help me when I am working.
My latest issue seems to be a PAV.exe virus that I can not get rid of. I am going to do some searching to hopefully find a fix. Malewarebytes and combo fix has helped, but I can't seem to get the items removed after a scan and reboot. The problem it seems to cause is the redirecting of my browser to sites I have not wanted to visit. The company wants me to send the unit back for "wiping", but I don't normally have very good success with this and lose alot of stuff. I want try here first.
Thanks,
Erik
