I'm unable to access the internet on my PC due to a YPC Module problem. The exact message is 'YPC Module has encountered a problem and needs to close'. BT has checked my broadband connection and declared it OK and I have been sent a new BT Homehub 2.0 but this has not resolved the problem. Dell have checked the PC and say it is a software problem. I have tried System Restore but cannot manage to select a date before today. (I have Windows XP). I've even tried re-loading the operating system, which didn't work.

Has anyone ever successfully resolved this issue or got any ideas because I've run out of them!!

Richard
