The name I've chosen to use, is also given to a channel in the Broken Island Group on the west coast of Vancouver Island. The channel bears the name of the Canadian coast guard boat that sank there during the rum running days of prohibition.
I'm a ticketed skipper that operates a variety of different boats, usually as a whale watching guide during the last 10 years, although last year I went back commercial fishing and ran a long-liner fishing for dogfish, halibut and cod. Commercial fishing is what I've done most of my life.
