Whenever i join other hosts game , i will have a slightly less then 1 seconds delay .
But i had no problem when i host my own dota game . The lag is affecting my gameplay badly.
Any help will be appreciated . Thanks .

That always happens when you're not the host. There's not really anything you can do. I remember trying to play warcraft 3, years ago, and when people hosted with dial-up, you would get a 2 second or more delay. That was really annoying...
