Network Monitor

Hello, So I've been having issues with my network lately(COMCASTIC.....) I'm very handy with networks and i need to find a program that will monitor my network usage and packets. Comcast is saying i'm not dropping packets when i know i am. So i'm looking for a program that will monitor all my network activity.

This might be what you are looking for.

Just curious how you know you are dropping packets?

Shoutcast Radio logs show me dropping packets in and out.
CL_flush entity packet in games.
Router Showing Random packet loss in logs but comcast says "That's Normal" lol.....
