I'm trying to obtain a quicker boot time, but my Vista Event Viewer Window's System log keeps showing this following error,

How can I get rid of it? Yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled all language packs, but alas, the error's still there.

This seems to be a common problem. Also found this and several other entries which said the entry in the Event Viewer can be ignored (it may not be slowing your bootup to any great extent):
