Well, 0T0820 is the original part number for the Precision Workstation 470 motherboard.
Everything from Dell points to the ram that you just purchased from memorystore.com.
When it gets there, you should be good.
Dell PC not booting, black screen No Bios screen showing up.

Techextreme,
The new memory module from memorystore.com did not work. Is it possible that every slot could have gotten corrupt besides the 1st slot(doubtful). Is it possible that both modules have to have the chips on both sides. The one that I just tried only had the chips on one side and the previous one's I tries only had the one side as well. Even the new module by itself on slot # 1 did not work, whereas the original Samsung Module works in slot # 1 by itself. What are your thoughts? Thanks

Arg.
I don't have any worthwhile ideas about what you are buying but updating RAM makes me nervous sometimes and close to me is a shop where I buy parts.
Since I am not sure what would happen if I buy RAM there and install it myself and it doesn't work would they take it back? Hmmm...
I know I can bring a system in to their place and tell them (or sometimes make gestures) that I want some RAM and just let them figure out what I need and as long as I buy it there, they will install it and make sure it works while I wait - no charge for the installation.

I Live in MA and not sure what place would do that around here? Your idea sounds like a great plan if I find a place. Thanks

I've been reading over this entire list of postings and have come up with one more question.
Did you receive this machine new or from someone who had problems with the machine and decided not to "fix" it?

I received this machine from a Client that said the computer just started not starting and beeping. I proceeded to fix it, but obviously am now at a loss to explain the problem/Fix? Thanks

At this point with everything that has been done to this computer as far as memory from different sources, tried in different slots and the battery of tests that this machine has been put through, my opinion would be that the motherboard has failed.
I'm sorry that it's taken this long to come to that conclusion, but exhausting all possibilities was the only way to be sure.
Sorry for the bad news.
