Hi,
I have an external HDD, specifically My Passport Essential 250GB by WesternDigital. The formated file system is FAT but I would like to change it to NTFS system. However, I have already have a number of files stored in it and my laptop doesn't have enough space to temperory store the files to format the drive. Is there a way to convert external drive without wiping out all the files?
I also heard something about bad things happened with improper conversion is made and resulted in a small cluster or something... I am not too sure the detail but I am a bit worried here...
