my laptop toshiba a65 will not boot up. after 1.5sec it shuts down. have a new power supply, new battery, nothing seems to work to get it to boot.

Have you changed anything lately? During that 1.5 seconds is it getting past the post menu and into Windows start up? Are you able to get into the bios menu? Try turning the laptop on without the battery installled.
