Hi all,

I am trying to uninstall a Windows upgrade, but ....

The "View upgrade history" screen lists some 200-300 upgrades on some 16 pages.

However, the "Installed Updates" screen that is used to select an update for uninstallation is completely empty, meaning I cannot uninstall any Windows updates.

How can I achieve my goal of selecting previous Windows updates for uninstallation?

Cheers in advance for your help,
jhblt
