Hi

I'm currently running Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 3.

Currently using firefox 3.5.5. On random occasions ,random pages will randomly not load with the loading circle spinning but nothing happening. When I click refresh, the page might load or might not. Sometimes i have to end up closing the browser and that seems to fix the problem for some time. The problem will randomly occur again shortly after.

For Msn, i have version Windows live Messenger 2009. On random occasions, i will not receive or my messages will not be sent out. The problem will go away and come back consistently.

I have shaw high speed internet directly connected to the modem. I tried calling them and letting them take a look into my computer through the internet. When they were searching theought, the problem did not occur at that moment, therefor i couldn't not prove that i have a problem.

I tried scanning my computer with Avira AntiVir Personal- Free version and Malwarebytes' Anit-Malware Free version all uptodate, but nothing gets picked up.

This problem started to occur 2-3 weeks ago, and i could not occur what i did during that time.

Thanks for your time.
