After uninstalling Dell Data safe I keep getting this error message on startup. Is there anyway to fix this error without re installing the program?

There may be a startup entry still trying to start up the program - check using msconfig.
Also check services.msc and if there is any entry related to Dell Data safe or STService stop it from starting.
