BleepingComputer.com: What Power Supply should I get?

I'm building a computer for the first time and need a little help. I've determined (via eXtreme) that I will need about 600W for my system, so I think I'll want 700W just to be on the safe side in case I decide to overclock down the line. The computer will eventually have two Crossfired ATI 4890s, which require 2 x 6-pin PCI-e connectors each. Also, I prefer modular PSUs if possible.

Can you recommend a power supply? I prefer the lowest cost possible of course, but not at the sacrifice of reliability.

Of course, it doesn't have 2 pci-e connectors. My Rosewill PSU came with adaptors to convert two of another type to a pci-e connection.

I've heard a lot of mixed thoughts about Rosewill PSUs. They're basically a hit or miss. Some of them work great, but others are complete garbage.

I don't think the eXtreme power supply calculator is accurate at all. Newegg's seems to be much more accurate. I calculated a high-end system with dual HD 4890 cards to need 829W.

May I also recommend that you look at the Radeon HD 5770. It has a lower power requirement and is DX11 compatible.

I like RainbowSix choice of power supplies. A little extra never hurts and some times helps down the road.
