Lost Windows internet explorer

New to home PC and have Vista Home Premium. Downloaded the Google toolbar and since then cannot access the internet. Access denied, pop up says devive not there or access denied. by BT broadband is working normally and system says I am connected to Internet.

Basic starter with little or no technical knowledge.

Try a System Restore to a point before you downloaded the Google Toolbar.

Have done full restore back to Manufactor -- has worked although lost all stored data.
