Hello,
I am ebay shopping for a good deal on a printer, dont have money for a brand new one...came across this one that has no bids and I can buy for $90. Anyone have experience with these? Would you buy it or not?

HP makes good printers, I've owned a few and even have an HP laser printer. The problem with them is the cartridges cost so much. My color ink jet printer is a Kodak. I bought it at Walmart for the same price as the one you are looking at and the replacement ink cartridges are only $15.

So, yeah, I think it might be a good printer, but you'll pay a lot more for ink cartridges...

Well, the good news is it uses the HP45 and 78 cartridges which are cheap for refills. Bad news is it has no HP driver support for Vista or WIN7, only the built in Windows printer driver. You usually have only basic printing options. It will work fine for documents, but you might be limited as far as adjustability/functionality printing pics.
